Day 1- Nizza airport- Sanremo. Meet and greet at the airport arrivals, set up the bikes and change. This route takes the famous Col de Eze and stunning views across the Mediterranean golf an cote d'Azur. Approx 65km 1000m elevation.
Support car follows with luggage. Restaurant reservation for evening meal.
Day 2 - Option of full day ride Barolo (165km, 2050m elevation), OR get dropped off at the top of the mountain ridge to leave 85km/ 900m (the first 30 are mostly gentle descent). Support car follows with luggage. Finish the day with a traditional 3 course evening meal of local speciality dishes and wines. Wine tasting at a local Barolo winery (or at the hotel's own wine cantina during harvest.
Day 3 - Ride 80km touring around the scenic Barolo vineyards. On return, a tour around the famous Marchesi di Barolo cantina to better understand the Barolo history, followed by a 4 course evening meal tasting menu with matching wine selection also at Marchesi di Barolo.
Day 4 Transfer to Savona (which is en route), then ride to Sanremo (approx 105km /900m) conquering the legendary final section of the Milano - Sanremo classic monument race. Covering the Capo Mele, Capo Berta, Cipressa and Poggio classic climbs. Final night in Sanremo sampling various local food and wine! (meal/ wine not included)

Day 5 - Transfer to Nizza airport
