This is a beautiful and relaxing Cycling tour of Provence, based from Saint Remy.
Day 1- Collection from Nizza (NCE) airport or from your Sanremo hotel. Transfer to Saint Remy de Provence, via Cannes for lunch and exploration of the main centre (La croisette). Alternatively collection from Marseille airport direct to Saint Remy. Evening 2 course meal with wine at local bistro restaurant.
Day 2 - Ride to Cavaillon approx 60km, 200m elevation. Support car follows. Wine tasting at a local vinyard and 2 course evening meal with wine at a local pizzeria.
Day 3 - Ride 70km touring around the local Provence rolling hills and fields of vinyards. In the afternoon, a visit to Avignon, famous for it's bridge (from the song “Sur le pont d'Avignon”) and Palais des Papes, once a rival to the vatican. Evening 3 course local menu with wine back in Saint Remy.
Day 4 Morning ride to Saint Etienne du Gres before departing Saint Remy (50km, 400m elevation). Transfer to Airport for evening/ pm flight or to Sanremo or as required
